The following EnMAP data products will be delivered to users: Level 1 - systematic and radiometric correction The Level 1 product is radiometrically calibrated, spectrally characterised, geometrically characterised, quality controlled and annotated with preliminary pixel classification (usability mask). The auxiliary information (e.g. position and pointing values, interior orientation parameters, gain and offset) necessary for further processing is attached, but not applied. Level 2geo - geometric correction The Level 2geo product is derived from the L1 product and geometrically corrected (orthorectified) and re-sampled to a specified grid. Auxiliary data for further processing are attached , but not applied. Level 2atm - atmospheric correction without geometric correction The Level 2atm product is derived form the L1 product, the data converted to ground surface reflectance values after atmospheric correction. Auxiliary data for further processing are attached, but not applied. Level 2 - atmospheric correction with geometric correction Level 2 product is derived from the level 2geo product, atmospherically and geometrically corrected and the data converted to ground surface reflectance values.
The Processing Chain
The Level 1 processor will correct the hyperspectral image for known effects, e.g. radiometric non-uniformities, and will convert the system corrected data to physical at-sensor radiance values based on the currently valid radiometric calibration values and dark current measurements. The Output processor generates the product, the metadata and derives the log information form the information produced by the logging service.
