With the successful launch in April 2022 and the completion of the commissioning phase in October 2022, EnMAP is now operational. To mark this momentous occasion, an updated and thoroughly revised version of the EnMAP Science Plan is now available online. The aim of the EnMAP Science Plan is to showcase the diverse fields of application and how EnMAP data will contribute to addressing pressing questions of environmental and social change. Additionally, the Science Plan provides a technical overview of the instrument and available data products. The Science Plan is intended to address scientists and funding institutions but may also be of interest for environmental stakeholders and governmental bodies. Along with the Science Plan, the booklet and the flyer were also updated. Both are available for download in English and German language. The booklet illustrates the mission and important fields of application of EnMAP for the general public.
