Foreground Mission in “Winter Mode”

After successful foreground mission in Europe this year 2025, the mission will go into “Winter mode”:
  • Starting in November 2025, Europe will only be imaged south of the Alps, focusing on cloud‑free acquisitions.
  • During the winter months, the focus will shift to the Southern Hemisphere.
  • From mid-February 2026, the regular foreground mission in Europe will resume.
